ThemeGet is for original, licensed, and authorized digital products only. Sellers must not upload or sell products, code, images, fonts, icons, screenshots, templates, plugins, themes, scripts, brand assets, or other files unless they own them or have permission to sell them.

Seller Responsibility

• Sellers must own the submitted product or have a valid resale/distribution license.
• Sellers must have permission for every included image, font, icon, library, framework, code file, screenshot, brand element, and third-party asset.
• Sellers must not upload nulled, cracked, leaked, stolen, copied, unauthorized, malware-infected, or unsafe files.
• Sellers must not use another company name, logo, product name, preview image, UI screenshot, or trademark in a misleading way.

Product Review

Submitted products may be held for manual review before publication. ThemeGet may remove, reject, suspend, or disable any product that appears to violate copyright, trademark, licensing, security, or marketplace rules.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe a product on ThemeGet uses your copyrighted work without permission, contact the website owner with the product URL, a description of the protected work, proof of ownership, and your contact details. The website owner should review the complaint and remove or restrict access to the reported item when appropriate.

Repeat Violations

Seller accounts that repeatedly upload unauthorized or infringing content may be suspended or permanently removed from the marketplace.
