5Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to payment confirmation and fraud screening. Prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout.
Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion charges, taxes or transaction fees outside ThemeGET’s control.
- ThemeGET may cancel or refund an order when payment cannot be confirmed.
- ThemeGET may cancel a fraudulent, unlawful or technically invalid transaction.
- ThemeGET may correct an obvious pricing or system error.

6Digital Delivery

7Product Licences
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of its copyright or other intellectual-property rights. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence according to the licence displayed on the product page.

- Do not share product files publicly or privately beyond the licence scope.

- Do not claim ownership or authorship.

8Permitted Modifications

11Refunds
Refunds are governed by the ThemeGET Refund Policy. A customer must normally submit an eligible request within 7 calendar days of purchase.
Receiving a refund terminates the customer’s licence and right to download, access or use the refunded product. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
12Seller Responsibilities
Marketplace sellers are responsible for the legality, originality, safety and accuracy of their submitted products.
- Own or hold appropriate rights to every submitted product.
- Provide accurate descriptions and disclose dependencies and requirements.
- Maintain safe and functional files without malicious or deceptive code.
- Respond to legitimate support and refund requests.
- Comply with copyright, trademark, tax and consumer-protection laws.
- Keep customer information confidential.
- Avoid manipulating reviews, ratings or sales records.
- Report serious security vulnerabilities to ThemeGET.
13Seller Earnings and Fees
ThemeGET may deduct disclosed commissions, payment-processing costs, refunds, chargebacks, taxes or other marketplace fees from seller earnings.
Payouts may be delayed or withheld where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, chargebacks, ownership, payment information, copyright complaints, refund obligations, policy violations or legal requirements.
14Prohibited Products
Users and sellers must not publish, promote, purchase or distribute prohibited products through ThemeGET.
- Stolen, pirated or unauthorised digital products
- Malware, spyware, ransomware or malicious code
- Phishing tools or credential-stealing systems
- Products designed primarily for unlawful access or fraud
- Content that unlawfully infringes copyright or trademarks
- Products containing deliberately hidden harmful functionality
- Misleading products that do not substantially match their descriptions
15Prohibited Activities
You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, overload the service, impersonate another person, manipulate prices or reviews, circumvent payment or licensing controls, or use ThemeGET for fraud, abuse or unlawful activity.
16Reviews and User Content
You retain ownership of original content you submit, but grant ThemeGET a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and moderate it for marketplace operation and promotion.
- Reviews must reflect genuine experiences.
- Do not submit fake or purchased reviews.
- Do not publish knowingly false, defamatory or unlawful statements.
- Do not disclose personal, confidential or sensitive information.
- Do not submit spam, threats, harassment or unrelated promotions.
17Intellectual-Property Complaints
A rights holder may report suspected infringement by identifying the protected work, the allegedly infringing product, evidence of ownership or authority, contact information and a good-faith explanation of the complaint.
ThemeGET may temporarily disable or permanently remove a product during an investigation. Repeated or serious infringement may result in account termination and withholding of related earnings where permitted by law.
18Security
Users must not knowingly upload malicious or unauthorised code. Although ThemeGET may perform security checks, no digital product or online service can be guaranteed completely secure or error-free.
Maintain backups, use suitable security software and test products in a safe environment before deploying them to a live website.
19Third-Party Services
Products may depend on external software, APIs, platforms, hosting providers, payment services or other third-party systems. ThemeGET does not control those services and is not responsible for their interruptions, policy changes, price changes, discontinued APIs, account suspensions or incompatibility caused by external updates.
20Service Availability
ThemeGET may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website for maintenance, security, legal, operational or commercial reasons.

- ThemeGET does not guarantee uninterrupted website operation or immediate correction of every error.
- ThemeGET does not guarantee that use of a product will produce a particular commercial result.
- Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
22Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThemeGET, its operators and marketplace sellers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities or website availability.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, ThemeGET’s aggregate liability relating to a particular purchase will normally be limited to the amount paid for that purchase, except where applicable law requires another remedy.
23Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate ThemeGET for reasonable losses, claims and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, unlawful use of the website, uploaded content, infringement of another party’s rights or unauthorised redistribution of a digital product.
24Account Suspension and Termination
ThemeGET may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, payment abuse, piracy, malicious uploads, intellectual-property infringement, security threats, harassment, repeated policy violations or unlawful use.
Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect users, systems, rights holders or legal compliance.
25Privacy
Personal information collected through ThemeGET will be handled under the applicable Privacy Policy and Bangladesh law.
Users must not collect, publish or misuse another person’s personal information through the marketplace.
26Changes to These Terms
ThemeGET may update these Terms to reflect changes in marketplace functionality, products, payments, security requirements, business operations or applicable law.
Updated Terms become effective when published with a revised Last Updated date. Material changes may be communicated through the website, account dashboard or another reasonable method.
27Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to a competent court or authority in Bangladesh. Customers retain access to consumer-protection remedies where legally available.
28Severability
If any provision is found unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
29No Waiver
Failure by ThemeGET to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
30Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, product-specific licences and seller policies expressly incorporated by reference, form the agreement governing your use of ThemeGET.
